Daily and Weekly Team Activity Reports

TeamScore sends automated activity reports to help managers stay aware of how their teams are working, without needing to open the dashboard every morning. These summaries surface the most important signals from the previous day or week in a clear, compact format that is easy to review on email or Slack.

Daily Reports

Every morning at 7 a.m. in your local time zone, TeamScore delivers a daily activity report. It is designed to take less than a minute to read while still giving you a reliable sense of how the previous day unfolded.

Headline Summary

The daily report opens with a short written summary that highlights the key themes or trends. This headline is intentionally brief so you can understand the overall day at a glance, whether you are reading on your laptop or phone.

Visual Representation

Below the summary, you will see a static bar chart that mirrors the structure of the Activity Dashboard. It visualizes the team's workday in color segments that represent active work, quieter periods, and non-work days. Even without operating TeamScore, you get a recognizable picture of how the team spent its time.

In-Depth AI Summary

The final section contains AI-generated summaries for individual users. These short descriptions are built from each person's activity signals and provide context around how their day was composed.

Weekly Reports

In addition to the daily report, TeamScore sends a weekly activity summary. The weekly report helps you understand broader patterns: steady weeks, unusually quiet periods, or changes in team rhythm.

This longer view is especially useful when preparing for upcoming cycles or tracking the impact of structural changes, new hires, or seasonal workloads.

The weekly report follows the same structure as the daily version. It combines brief narrative insights with simple visuals to help you see the week as a whole.

Email and Slack Delivery

Activity reports are delivered by email by default. If your organization has connected Slack to TeamScore, you will receive the same reports through the TeamScore bot. The content is identical in both channels, so you can review the update wherever you prefer to work.

This flexible delivery model ensures that managers stay informed proactively, without needing to remember to check the dashboard.

Summary

Daily and weekly activity reports give leaders a simple and reliable way to stay connected to their team's work patterns. They surface essential insights, provide context, and reduce the need to open multiple tools. Whether you read them quickly on your phone or explore further in the Activity Dashboard, these reports help you guide your team with clarity and confidence.
