Overview of Team Activity Reports
TeamScore helps you stay on top of your team's daily and weekly activities effortlessly through automated reports. Managers receive concise summaries that provide insights into what has happened across their team or the entire organization.
Daily Reports
Every morning at 7 a.m. local time, managers receive a daily report either by email or via Slack (if connected). These reports are designed to take just a few minutes to review and help you get a clear picture of the previous day’s team performance.
Contents of the Daily Report
- Headline Summary: A brief two-sentence overview highlights the key activities and trends from the prior day. This is perfect for a quick glance, even on your phone.
- Visual Representation: The report includes an image showing a static bar chart similar to what you would see in the TeamScore web activity dashboard. It visualizes hours worked, breaks, and days off using colors and time segments.
- In-Depth AI Summary: Using AI technology, the report provides detailed summaries for individual users based on their activity logs, bringing meaningful insights without the need to comb through all the data yourself.
Weekly Reports
In addition to daily reports, TeamScore offers a weekly report for managers. This report provides a broader longitudinal view of your team’s activity over the week, helping you prepare effectively for the upcoming days.
Email and Slack Delivery Options
If you have connected your Slack account to TeamScore, these reports will be delivered as Slack notifications from the TeamScore bot. Otherwise, they will come directly to your email inbox.
This setup is intended to give managers flexible, proactive updates to better understand and support their teams every day and week.
