Overview of the Navigation Bar
The navigation bar in TeamScore is located across the top of the application and contains a series of links that vary depending on your user permissions within the account you are logged into. This guide will walk you through each element of the navigation bar to help you use TeamScore effectively.
TeamScore Logo
The TeamScore logo is positioned on the left side of the navigation bar. Clicking the logo anytime will bring you back to your home screen — the initial screen you see when logging in to TeamScore (note: this is not called a dashboard).
Dashboard Button
This button is available to almost all users. Clicking the Dashboard allows you to view activity bars for the people whose data you have access to, which might just be your own. You can adjust the dates to look back or forward through activities and gain more detailed insights.
Map Button
Depending on your account permissions, you may also see a Map button. This opens the map feature in TeamScore, which displays daily activities visually on a world map, zoomed to the relevant geography based on the location of the people whose logs you have access to.
Team Button
The Team button provides a convenient way to see who is part of the team for the account you are logged into. It displays a table listing team members along with details such as their time zones and regions.
Services Button
The Services button shows a list of services that TeamScore can connect to, as well as those you have already connected. For more detailed information about services, see the dedicated help guides.
Accounts Button
If you have access to multiple accounts under your user identity, you will also see an Accounts button. This lets you view and switch between the different accounts quickly and easily.
User Avatar Menu
On the top right corner of the navigation bar, you will find your user avatar with an arrow next to it. Clicking this reveals your logged-in email address and provides options to:
- Edit your profile
- View your account details
- Sign out of TeamScore
For users with multiple accounts, this menu also includes a dropdown to switch between accounts seamlessly.
Accounts and Data Scope
Note that some things in TeamScore, like user information, are not specific to any single account. However, activities and connected services are always tied to the currently selected account. Be sure to switch accounts if you want to view data for a different organization or team.
