Navigation in TeamScore
TeamScore’s top navigation keeps everything predictable and easy to move through. Each section adapts to your role, so you always land in the right view for your responsibilities.

Home (Logo)
Clicking the TeamScore logo opens the TeamScore Dashboard, your role-based overview page.
Executive, Managers, Owners, Admins see Executive Overview, a team-level snapshot with averages, heatmaps, and service status.
Members land on a personalized view showing their own recent activity called My Overview.
The Home Screen and Activity Dashboard serve different purposes: Home shows the big picture, while Activity Dashboard focuses on day-to-day activity.
Dashboard
The Activity Dashboard (sometimes labeled Daily View) shows complete day-by-day activity for each user you can access.
You can select a date, switch users, filter by service or activity type, and click into any user to view detailed timelines for that day. Managers can compare across teams and time zones; members see their own daily activity.
Use this view when you want to understand what happened on a specific date.
Map
The Map View gives you a geographic snapshot of where work took place on a selected day.
It uses IP metadata from connected services to estimate approximate locations. You can click on any avatar to view that user's activity for the date. Filters match those in the Activity Dashboard.
This view is especially useful for distributed teams.
Team
The Team List show everyone in your organization.
You can search by name, filter by role or status, and review each user's region, time zone, login access, and role. Admins and Executives can modify roles, adjust access, or deactivate users.
Services
The Services List shows all integrations connected to TeamScore.
You can review connection status, feature availability, and last sync timestamps. Admins can also open deeper details through the Service View pages.
This section helps ensure TeamScore's data pipeline remains active and accurate.
Accounts
If you belong to multiple organizations, use the Accounts List to switch between them.
Your profile stays the same across accounts, but each workspace holds its own services, users, and activity logs. Make sure you're in the correct account when reviewing team-level data.
User Menu
Your avatar in the top-right corner opens your personal settings.
From here you can update your profile details, review your connected services, adjust time zone and availability, switch accounts, or sign out.
