Making Remote Work, Work.

Remote work promised freedom and flexibility. But for too many managers, it’s turned into uncertainty and second-guessing.

On average, remote professionals work 2.5 hours less per day than their in-office peers. That’s the equivalent of over a full week every month, or nearly four months every year lost.

For leaders, this creates a polarized workforce: some people are grinding harder than ever, while others quietly contribute far less. And the impact on culture if corrosive if it isn't addressed.

Managers are stuck in the middle - burning out from endless meetings, chasing status updates, and second-guessing whether their team is operating at its best.

Meanwhile, most ‘solutions’ are surveillance software that would otherwise be called "spyware". They're toxic for trust, and so invasive that most managers aren’t even allowed to use them.

Who We Are

TeamScore is built by a small, distributed, 100% remote team that uses the product every day to run a high-performing business ourselves.

Our founder, Geoff McQueen, is a seasoned entrepreneur who previously built and scaled software companies serving professional services firms worldwide. He brings a perspective of both the grinder and the leader - someone who has lived the challenges of managing distributed teams and wanted a better way forward.

But TeamScore isn’t about any one person. We’re a group of engineers, designers, and operators who believe in creating tools that respect both managers and employees.
