Basecamp to-dos represent the core task activity inside Basecamp projects. TeamScore reflects this activity by receiving metadata about list creation, to-do creation, updates, and completion. This gives teams clear visibility into everyday task execution without exposing task bodies or assignment notes.
What TeamScore Receives
TeamScore receives metadata for:
- To-do list creation
- Individual to-do creation
- Updates to to-dos (title changes, due dates, assignments)
- Completed to-dos
Basecamp's webhook payloads include contextual information such as the project, the list name, the to-do name, and timestamps. They do not include full text bodies or descriptions.
How To-Dos Appear in TeamScore
TeamScore displays to-do activity using a structured hierarchy:
Project → To-do List → To-do Title
Creating a list appears as a Todolist Created activity entry.
Creating a to-do appears as a Todo Created entry.
Updating a to-do generates an update entry, such as Title Changed.
Completing a to-do appears as a Todo Completed event and uses TeamScore's task-style colored icon for quick recognition.
Data Details
Basecamp's API provides metadata for each to-do event. TeamScore reflects that metadata without ingesting to-do descriptions or assignment notes.
Activity appears only for mapped users and for events that occur after the integration is connected.
Display timing follows Basecamp's webhook delivery and TeamScore's scheduled processing cadence.
