Zoom Webinars appear in TeamScore so teams can see when webinar sessions are hosted and how they fit into the flow of the day. Once Zoom is connected and users are mapped, TeamScore automatically shows hosted webinar events in the timeline.

What TeamScore Shows for Zoom Webinars

For webinars hosted by the connected Zoom account, TeamScore displays:

  • the webinar session
  • its start and end time
  • the duration

This gives a simple and reliable record of webinar activity without exposing any additional or sensitive information.

Why Hosted Webinars Only

Zoom only provides webinar metadata to third-party apps if the connected account is the host. If a TeamScore user attends a webinar hosted by somebody else, Zoom does not share webinar details with external apps.

In those cases, TeamScore will show the calendar event as usual, but not the Zoom webinar data itself.

What Zoom Does Not Share for Webinars

The following information is not provided to TeamScore because Zoom does not expose it externally:

  • attendee lists
  • engagement metrics
  • chat messages
  • registration data
  • polling or Q&A data
  • webinar content

TeamScore only displays the session-level information Zoom makes available.

How Webinars Appear in TeamScore

Hosted webinars appear in the timeline in the same blue coloring as Meetings and Phone calls.

Each event shows the webinar title (when provided) and the start and end time.

Selecting the event expands it to show the webinar information Zoom makes available.

Requirements for Webinar Data to Appear

Webinars appear for users who:

  • are mapped to TeamScore
  • have Zoom active in their Services tab
  • are the host of the webinar in Zoom

If a user is only attending or viewing a webinar, Zoom will not share any internal webinar data with TeamScore.

Troubleshooting Webinars

If a hosted webinar is not appearing:

  • confirm if the user was the webinar host
  • verify the user’s Zoom email matches their TeamScore email
  • check that Zoom is active for the user in their Services tab
  • ensure the webinar exists under the same Zoom account connected to TeamScore
