Using the TeamScore Support Chat
At the bottom-left corner of every TeamScore screen, you’ll see a small grey chat icon. This feature allows you to start a chat conversation with our support quickly and conveniently.
How the Support Chat Works
When you open the chat, you can click the frequently asked questions, or type any message clicking on the Chat tab in the bottom right corner, and our AI-assistant, Lyro, will guide you to the best answer.
You’ll get clear explanations drawn directly from our comprehensive help library and documentation, so you can keep moving without guessing.
If your question needs personal follow-up, your chat will automatically reach the TeamScore Success Team, and we will take it from there.
When the Team Follows Up
If a message needs more time or detail, we’ll continue the conversation over email. All updates come from success@teamscore.io — add this address to your contact list to make sure replies don’t get lost.
