Contacts and Companies from the core of HubSpot’s CRM, and TeamScore brings these updates into the timeline so teams can see what’s happening in real time without opening HubSpot.

What TeamScore Receives

TeamScore logs CRM activity such as:

  • Creation of new contacts or companies
  • Updates to contact fields
  • Updates to company fields
  • Changes that occur simultaneously across multiple fields

Each event appears with a short description like:

  • Updated HubSpot contact field
  • Created HubSpot company
  • Updated HubSpot company field

TeamScore receives the details HubSpot sends for each change, whether it’s a field name, updated value, or the object affected.

How CRM Activity Appears in TeamScore

CRM events use the purple HubSpot color coding and display in the timeline with contextual details.

If several fields change at once (a common pattern in HubSpot), TeamScore groups those changes into one consolidated activity to keep the feed clean.

Data Notes

Only fields that HubSpot’s API provides will appear.

Marketing activity (e.g., list enrollments, email blasts) is not supported because HubSpot does not provide webhook coverage for these actions.

All CRM data follows HubSpot’s permission model. TeamScore cannot display fields the authenticated HubSpot user cannot access.

Next Steps

For connection steps, see HubSpot Setup.
