TeamScore integrates with Monday.com to bring your team's item activity directly into the timeline. Once connected, TeamScore receives activity signals from your Monday.com boards and displays them as structured updates your team can rely on.
Monday.com sends events whenever items or their fields are created or updated. TeamScore processes those events and shows them in the timeline under a purple Monday.com tag for quick recognition.
How Monday.com Data Appears in TeamScore
TeamScore receives new Monday.com activity from the moment you connect the integration. Historical data is not imported.
Events appear in TeamScore within roughly 20-30 minutes, depending on Monday.com’s processing cycle.
TeamScore posts each incoming event to the timeline with a brief description of what changed. Examples include:
- Created Monday.com item
- Updated item fields
- Changed assignee
- Updated status
- Updated due date
- Added item comment (metadata only)
Monday.com activity includes basic metadata such as board name, the type of update, and the fields that changed. Comment content is not imported. TeamScore receives only metadata needed for visibility signals.
For connection steps, see the Monday.com Setup Guide.
Events TeamScore Receives from Monday.com
TeamScore processes the core Monday.com item activities supported by the API:
1. Item creation
New items created on connected boards.
2. Item updates
Changes to item fields, including status, dates, and other standard properties.
3. Assignee changes
Updates to People columns.
4. Deadlines and dates
Updates to due dates or timeline fields.
5. Comments, metadata only
TeamScore receives timestamp and author information. Comment content is not imported.
These signals support visibility into ongoing work without exporting underlying item details.

Data Access and Privacy
TeamScore only receives the metadata that Monday.com provides through its API. Sensitive content such as comment text or item descriptions is not imported.
All Monday.com data in TeamScore follows Monday.com’s own permission model. TeamScore cannot access anything the connected Monday.com user does not have access to.
Troubleshooting
If Monday.com events are missing or delayed, check the following:
- Was the correct Monday.com account connected?
- Are users mapped by email?
- Did the event occur within the last 20 to 30 minute processing window?
- If the relevant board included in the connected permissions?
Reconnecting the service typically resolves expired tokens or permission changes.
