Using the Services List in TeamScore

Welcome to the guide on how to use the Services List screen in TeamScore! This feature helps you manage and connect various external services easily within your TeamScore account.

Overview of the Services List Screen

The Services List shows all the services that TeamScore can connect to. It also displays any services you have already connected to.

• If a service is not connected yet, it will appear without an arrow next to it.
• If a service has been connected, there will be an arrow next to it. Clicking the arrow expands the service to show additional connected setups related to your account.

Connecting to a Service

On the right side of the screen, you will find details on how to connect to a selected service.

Typically, you will see a button for each service to initiate the connection. The most common process is:

1. Click the connection button for your chosen service.
2. Complete the OAuth or authorization process with that service provider.

Each service may have a slightly different process, and you can find more detailed information about each service in the Integration Section of this guide.

After successfully authorizing the connection, you can return to TeamScore and view the newly connected service.

Managing Existing Connections

Some services use OAuth-based tokens that expire over time. These tokens are usually refreshable, but connectivity might occasionally break.

Situations that might require re-connecting or refreshing the connection include:

• A team member who originally connected the service leaves the company.
• The service becomes disabled or the connection stops working due to token expiration or permission changes.

In these cases, an admin user with access to the original service must reconnect it to update the access tokens.

You can refresh service connections from the service view screen in TeamScore for applicable services.
