Accessing the Account List
If you are an admin or an executive managing multiple accounts within TeamScore, you will have access to the account list screen. This feature is specifically designed for users who oversee more than one account.
Finding the Accounts Tab
To view your accounts, navigate to the Accounts tab located in the primary navigation menu. Once clicked, this tab displays all the accounts you have access to.
Using the Account Switcher
On the account list screen, you will see a switcher button on the left side of each account. TeamScore always shows data through the perspective of a single account at a time. For example, if your company operates in different regions like North America and Europe as separate accounts, you need to select which account's data to view.
You can switch accounts at the top navigation drop-down menu (covered in another help guide), or directly from this account list by clicking the switcher button next to the desired account. Switching accounts updates your view to show all users and TeamScore dashboards related to that specific account.
Account Details and Management
- Active Users Count: The list shows the number of active users linked to each account. Note that some users may be active in the system even if they do not have login privileges.
- Modify Account Status: You also have the option to change the status of each account via a drop-down menu available in the account list screen.
Using these features, admins and executives can easily manage and switch between multiple accounts to efficiently oversee their organization’s TeamScore data.
