User View Screen in TeamScore
The User View Screen is a central place where you can see all key information about a user within the TeamScore platform. This screen is especially helpful for managers, executives, IT personnel, and users themselves if they have platform access.
Who Can Access the User View Screen?
- Managers who oversee the user
- Executives looking for detailed user info
- IT staff needing high-level user details
- Users who have login access to the Teamscore platform can view their own records
General Layout of the User View Screen
At the very top, you will find the user's name prominently displayed. If you have editing permissions—which apply if you are the user, their manager, or have an executive role—you can click on the user's name (by hovering over it) to update it. While changing a user's name isn't a common task, it’s always possible when needed.
On the right side of the screen is the user's avatar.
User Avatar
TeamScore tries to import avatars from other services the user may be using. Often, these avatars serve as placeholders and might not be the best representation of the user.
If you want to change or update the avatar, simply click on it and you can drag and drop an image file in JPEG, PNG, or WebP formats. After uploading, you can adjust the zoom level and reposition the avatar using the available tools to get it just right.
User View Tabs
The user screen is divided into several tabs that organize different types of information. Each tab provides specific details or functionalities regarding the user.
Individual help guides for each of these tabs will be provided separately.
