Overview of the Accounts Tab
The Accounts tab in TeamScore's user view screen appears only if a user belongs to multiple accounts. In TeamScore, an account typically represents a company. While most TeamScore instances have a single account, some users may be part of multiple accounts.
When Does the Accounts Tab Appear?
- The tab is visible only for users associated with more than one account.
- If a user belongs to just one account, this tab won’t be shown in their interface.
Main Features of the Accounts Tab
Within the Accounts tab, users (with the right permissions) can:
- View a list of all accounts they belong to.
- Modify the roles of a user on any listed account.
- Change the user's default account.
Permissions Required
Only users with admin or executive permissions on the target account can make role changes or adjust account settings.
What is the Default Account?
The default account is the account that is displayed first when the user logs into TeamScore. Setting the right default account helps streamline the user experience by immediately taking users to the most relevant account dashboard.
