Welcome to the Scores Tab Guide
The Scores tab is a core feature of TeamScore, designed to help you easily track and understand individual work performance over time.
Overview of the Scores Tab
In the Scores tab, you can view an individual user's score history via an intuitive and colorful bar chart. This chart gives at-a-glance insight into performance over a set period.
Customizing the Date Range
- By default, the chart shows the last 28 days.
- You can narrow it down for bigger bars, for example to 14 days.
- Use the Date Range Chooser to select any period you prefer.
Understanding the Bar Chart Colors
Each day is represented as a bar colored according to the user's score that day:
- Red: Low scores indicating poor performance.
- Yellow: Scores up to about half of the daily goal, a mild warning.
- Green: Scores between 50% and just under 100% of the goal.
- Blue: Scores that meet or slightly exceed the daily goal.
- Purple: Scores above 125% of the goal, highlighting potential burnout risk.
- Black: Work done on non-work days, shown as a neutral indicator.
Viewing Daily Details
Scrolling down, you can see individual day scores where each entry displays:
- The numerical score.
- Worked hours shown as a bar chart segment.
- An AI-generated summary of the day's activities.
You can click the AI summary to expand and read more details about that specific day. If you have permission, it’s also possible to edit the AI summary to correct inaccuracies or remove sensitive information.
Why Track High Scores in Purple?
TeamScore uses purple to warn users who consistently exceed 125% of their daily goal. This is a sign to watch for possible burnout and manage workload accordingly.
Summary
The Scores tab is your go-to place in TeamScore to monitor daily performance trends, understand work patterns, and benefit from AI insights—all combined in a colorful, user-friendly interface.
