Setting Up Manager Relationships in TeamScore

The final step in the provisioning wizard allows you to define who reports to whom in your organization. This setup ensures the right users have access to the right data when using TeamScore.

How to Designate Manager Relationships

On this screen, you’ll see a list of users on the right-hand side — these are the real people you've confirmed from the previous step. To assign reporting relationships, simply drag users from the right side to the left side.

When you drag one user on top of another on the left-hand side, you’re indicating a manager-reportee relationship. For example, dragging Annie onto Tony means Tony is Annie’s manager.

Adjusting Relationships

You can move users around on the left side at any time to update or correct those relationships. Maybe you started by adding Annie first, and then later realize Tony manages her. No problem — just drag Annie on top of Tony to set that manager link.

Tip: It might feel a little fiddly at first, but this setup is crucial for making sure everyone can see the right data with the proper permissions.

Can You Change These Later?

Absolutely! If you don’t have time now, you can skip this step and come back later to adjust manager relationships whenever you need. The earlier you set this up, though, the smoother user access will be when logging in.

Finishing Up

Once done, click Next to complete provisioning. You’ll be taken to your home screen where data should start streaming into TeamScore immediately.
