Signing up for TeamScore using your Microsoft 365 account is a simple process that involves just a few clicks.

Key Requirement

To complete the sign-up, you must be an administrator on your Microsoft 365 tenant. This is necessary to grant permissions that allow TeamScore to function properly.

Step-by-Step Sign-Up Process

  1. Initial Sign-In: When you select the Microsoft option to sign up, you will be redirected to Microsoft servers where you will provide basic identity information and consent to allow TeamScore to access the user list on your domain. This step does not require admin rights.
  2. Admin Consent: After the initial sign-in, TeamScore will redirect you again to Microsoft for the admin consent process. Here, as an admin, you will review and approve the permissions TeamScore needs.

Permissions Details

The permissions requested include access to your email, calendar, SharePoint, and Teams records. It is important to note these accesses are:

  • Read-only
  • Primarily limited to metadata — TeamScore does not capture or ingest any content from your account, ensuring your data privacy.

Completing the Provisioning

Once admin consent is granted, you will be redirected back to TeamScore where you can finish setting up your account and start using the product.
