Overview of the Accounts Tab

The Accounts tab in TeamScore's user view screen is a special feature that appears only for users who belong to multiple accounts. In TeamScore terminology, an account represents a company or organization. While not very common, a single TeamScore instance can have multiple accounts.

When Does the Accounts Tab Appear?

This tab becomes visible only if the user is part of more than one account. If the user belongs to only one account, this tab will not be shown.

Features of the Accounts Tab

  • View Multiple Accounts: See a list of all accounts the user is associated with.
  • Modify User Roles: If you have the right permissions, you can change the roles this user has within each account. These permissions require you to be either an admin or an executive for the destination account.
  • Set Default Account: You can choose which account should be the user's default. This is especially handy because it determines which account's information the user will see first when they log into TeamScore.

Important Notes

Remember, to make changes like modifying roles or setting the default account, you must have admin or executive rights on the account you are modifying.

If you're ever unsure about why you don't see the Accounts tab, it likely means you are only part of a single account.
