Overview of the Scores Tab
The Scores tab is a central feature in TeamScore that allows you to track and visualize an individual user's work performance over time through a colorful bar chart.
Viewing Scores
By default, the Scores tab displays the last 28 days of work in a bar chart format. Each bar represents a day and shows the user’s score for that day. You can adjust the view to focus on the last 14 days for bigger bars or select a custom date range using the Date Range Chooser.
Bar Colors and What They Mean
Each bar is colored to represent the user’s score level for the day:
- Red: Low score indicating underperformance.
- Yellow: Score up to halfway to the daily goal - a mild warning.
- Green: Score between 50% and 100% of the goal - doing well.
- Blue: Goal reached or slightly exceeded.
- Purple: Score 125 or more, indicating potential risk of burnout and a need to monitor workload closely.
- Black: Work done on non-work days, shown as a subtle indication rather than a focus area.
Detailed Daily Scores and AI Summaries
Below the bar chart, you will find detailed scores for each day, including the number of hours worked. TeamScore also provides an AI-generated summary for each day that offers additional insights.
You can click on the AI summary to expand the view and read the full details for that day.
If you have the necessary permissions, you can edit the AI summary by clicking the edit icon. This is helpful for correcting inaccuracies or removing sensitive information.
Non-Work Day Considerations
If a user works on a non-work day, that time will appear as a black bar on the chart to recognize the work done but without drawing too much attention.
Note: Keeping an eye on unusually high scores (purple bars) is important as it may indicate a risk of burnout for users.
