Accessing the Account View
You can access the Account View screen in TeamScore in two ways:
- From the account list if you are managing multiple accounts.
- By clicking on the account name at the top right, under your profile picture.
What is the Account View?
The Account View screen is your central place to see and manage settings and defaults for a specific account, including user information.
Renaming Your Account
If you want to rename the account, simply click on the account name located at the top left of the screen. This puts the name into edit mode so you can change it.
By default, TeamScore sets the account name based on the domain name from the first connected service, such as Google Workspace or Office 365. However, you can freely rename this to something more representative of your company if you prefer.
Tabs in Account View
Underneath the account name, you'll find a series of tabs that organize different aspects of the account:
- Overview
- Users
- Managers
- Services
- Holidays
Each tab helps you manage different features and will be explained in separate help guides.
