Choosing Your TeamScore Account Name
After granting TeamScore access through Google Workspace or Microsoft365, the next step is to select your account name. By default, TeamScore uses the domain name fetched from your service, but you can rename it to your company name or any other meaningful name for your team.
Setting Default Country and Region
During setup, you will also be asked to select your default country and region. This helps TeamScore automatically connect imported users to the appropriate schedules, especially when it comes to public or national holidays. Although you can customize these holiday settings later, setting a default region makes it easier to get started quickly.
Choosing Services to Use with TeamScore
On the same setup screen, you can choose which Google Workspace or Microsoft365 services you want to integrate with TeamScore. It's perfectly fine to leave all services enabled, even if your team prefers alternative tools (like Zoom instead of Google Meet, or Slack instead of Google Chat). TeamScore will quietly monitor usage in the background without causing any issues.
Accepting Terms and Conditions
Before moving forward, you need to accept the TeamScore terms and conditions. A link is provided to read them in detail.
Next Steps: User Setup
Once your account settings are complete, the next step is to set up which users you want to import into TeamScore.
