Welcome to TeamScore Account Setup
After granting the necessary permissions through Google or Office 365, the next step is to customize your TeamScore account settings to suit your company’s needs.
1. Choose Your Account Name
By default, TeamScore uses the domain retrieved from your service provider as the account name. You can rename it to your company name or something else that makes more sense for you and your colleagues who will be using the account.
2. Set Your Default Country and Region
You will be prompted to select a default country and region. This is important because TeamScore uses this information to align each imported user’s schedule accurately with public or national holidays. While you can override these defaults later, setting this up initially helps get your account operational quickly without additional setup.
3. Selecting Services to Use
On this setup screen, you can also decide which Google Workspace or Office 365 services you want TeamScore to integrate with. For example, if your company prefers using Zoom and Slack instead of Google Meet or Google Chat, it’s perfectly fine to leave those services enabled. TeamScore will monitor these services silently and only activate their use if needed. This flexibility means you don’t have to worry too much about enabling or disabling them at this stage.
4. Accept Terms and Conditions
Before proceeding, you need to accept the terms and conditions. There is a link provided where you can read the details in full to ensure you are comfortable with them.
Next Step
Once you finish setting your account preferences and accept the terms, the following step is to set up which users you want to import into TeamScore.
