Using the TeamScore Support Chat
At the bottom left corner of every TeamScore screen, you'll find a small yellow chat icon. This feature allows you to start a chat conversation with our support team quickly and conveniently.
How the Support Chat Works
The chat initially connects you to an AI bot trained extensively on TeamScore-related information, including both internal and public data. This AI assistant is designed to offer useful, real-time answers to many common questions you might have.
Getting Further Assistance
If the AI bot cannot provide the answers you need, you can ask it to create a support ticket on your behalf. The process is:
- The bot tries to escalate your issue to a live TeamScore team member if one is available online.
- If no team members are available, the bot will open a support ticket for you automatically.
Managing Support Ticket Communication
All support ticket communications will come from the email address support@teamscore.io. To ensure you receive timely responses, please add this email address to your address book or mark it as trusted. This helps prevent important support messages from being missed or sent to your spam folder.
Using this support chat feature ensures you have quick access to help whenever you need it, making your TeamScore experience smooth and efficient.
