Overview of the Connections Tab

The Connections tab is the last tab you’ll find on the Services View screen in TeamScore. This tab provides a clear view of all authorized connections from TeamScore to specific services, such as your Google Workspace domain.

What You Can See in the Connections Tab

  • Connection Owner: See who created and owns each connection.
  • Connection Date: View when the connection was established.
  • Error Status: If there is an issue with a connection, you will see an error message along with guidance to perform a reconnection.

Managing Connections

If you need to add a backup or secondary connection, this tab allows you to do so easily. Having a second connection is useful if the original connection owner is leaving your organization and their account might be deactivated. This ensures TeamScore continues to have uninterrupted access to important business data.

TeamScore intelligently manages multiple connections without duplicating user data. It identifies unique user identifiers and automatically maps users correctly across connections.

Reimporting Users from External Services

When you have added new users to an external service and want those users to appear in TeamScore’s remote user dropdown (for example, on the Users tab), use the reimport feature found in this tab.

By clicking the Reimport button, TeamScore will start importing users from the connected third-party service. This process may take a couple of minutes, but afterward, the new users will be available for selection and linking within TeamScore.
