Overview of the Services View Screen
The Services View screen in TeamScore lets you explore the details of a service or an external product that you've connected your TeamScore account to. These services play a crucial role, as they provide the data that TeamScore uses for reports, calculations, and activities.
While each service varies, TeamScore presents common features consistently through the Services View screen interface.

Renaming Services for Clarity
At the top of the Services View screen, you will see a title representing the service. By default, TeamScore uses the name it retrieves from the connected external service, which might be a domain, unique identifier, or similar.
To ensure clarity and ease of use — especially since services appear in dropdown lists like in the Activity Dashboard — it's recommended to rename these services to something descriptive and obvious.
To rename a service:
- Click the pencil icon next to the current service name.
- Enter your new desired name.
- Press the green checkmark or hit the Enter key to save the new name.
The new name will then be reflected throughout TeamScore where this service is referenced.
