Overview of the Services List Screen
The services list screen in TeamScore displays all the services that TeamScore can connect to, as well as any services you have already connected.
If a service has not yet been connected, it will not have an arrow next to it. Once a service is connected, you will see an arrow that you can click to expand and view the specific connections you have set up for your account.
How to Connect to a Service
On the right-hand side of the services list, you'll find details about how to connect to each service. Each connection includes a button to start the connection process.
The connection process usually involves clicking this button and then completing an OAuth or authorization workflow with the other service provider. Since each service works a bit differently, detailed instructions for each service are available in the integration section of this guide.
After Connecting a Service
Once you provide the necessary authorization on the service provider's side, the connected service will appear in TeamScore for you to use. For more details about interacting with connected services, please refer to the service view section of this guide.
Refreshing Service Connections
Some services support refreshing their connections from the service view screen, especially those that use OAuth tokens.
OAuth tokens often have expiration mechanisms or may require refreshing over time to maintain access. Situations such as the original team member who connected the service leaving the company can cause the service connection to become disabled. In such cases, a team member with admin access needs to reconnect the service to update its access tokens.
