Overview of the Managers Tab

The Managers tab in TeamScore helps you visualize and manage your organization's structure quickly and intuitively. It is designed to provide a clear tree-like representation of your team's hierarchy.

Navigating the Managers Tab

• On the left side, you’ll see the list of users available within your organization.
• You can drag and drop users to build out your organization's structure as a hierarchical tree.

Key Features

• Fast and easy organization: The interface is intended to make representing your team structure straightforward and efficient.
• Visual hierarchy: The tree display clearly shows managerial relationships and reporting lines.

Handling Complex Organizational Structures

If your organization has more complex needs, such as users with multiple managers, the Managers tab drag-and-drop interface might not fully support this.

In such cases, you can go to the individual user view screen where you can directly add multiple managers and reports to better reflect these complexities.

Summary

The Managers tab is the go-to place for quickly setting up and visualizing your team’s structure. For simple, single-manager hierarchies, it works perfectly. For more advanced setups, the individual user view provides additional flexibility.
