Services Tab Overview
The Services Tab in the user view of TeamScore shows all the services that a particular user is connected to. It also allows you to enable or disable specific service features for that user.
Understanding Services and Remote Users
Services are listed vertically down the screen. Each TeamScore user can be linked to one or more remote users. This feature is useful when a team member’s work is spread across multiple remote accounts. Mapping multiple remote users to a single TeamScore user ensures that the individual gets credit for all their work.
To add a remote user to a TeamScore user, click on the small plus icon next to the service.
Important: A remote user can only be linked to one TeamScore user at a time. Once linked, that remote user cannot be reassigned to another TeamScore user. Such remote users will be shown with a grey line through their name, making it clear that they are already linked.
Managing Service Access and Activity Tracking
Once remote users are linked, you can control their subscription status or access to each service. Deactivating a connection means that TeamScore will ignore all activities logged for that user on that service.
By default, when a mapping is active, TeamScore displays the last date and time it was able to process any activity from that remote user on the service. This last processed timestamp is a useful diagnostic tool to help understand if activity tracking is working properly, especially if reports seem empty even though the user is doing work.
Handling Features within Services
Some services, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, contain sub-services called features. These features are listed underneath the main service in a smaller font.
Features do not have individual user mappings. Instead, feature flags indicate whether you want the data generated by the user within that feature to flow into their TeamScore account. You can also see the last processed date for these features to monitor data flow and activity.
