These services communicate securely through the Google Workspace Admin API, providing near real-time data updates (usually processed within 20 to 30 minutes) inside TeamScore.

Setting Up Google Workspace Integration

1. When signing up for TeamScore, choose Google as your sign-up method.
2. An admin on your Google Workspace domain must complete the authorization process to connect Google Workspace with TeamScore.
3. Once connected, TeamScore automatically imports your users from the Google Workspace directory.
4. During setup, you can assign TeamScore access and roles to users: options include ignoring users, or granting roles such as manager, executive, or IT admin.

TeamScore also imports historical data from the previous three to four months at installation, so you get immediate visibility of recent activity.
